Donald (Donnie) Hampton, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of Pace Industries, LLC, an integrated company based in Detroit. With facilities across the United States, Pace Industries provides quality die casting, manufacturing, and engineering solutions worldwide. He has more than two decades of leadership experience for reputable companies like Honeywell International, Hayes Lemmerz International, Rea Magnet Wire, and Faurecia. Before launching his executive career, Donnie graduated from Tiffin University with a degree in Accounting and entered the U.S. Navy. Later, he earned his Master’s in Business and Finance.
